I got 31 on the community run today which isn't very good, but what can I say I guess I'm not much of a runner! I'm going to set a goal to work on my running, and try to get my minuites up :) I was although very tired after completing it.
Totally okay not to be a runner but as a dancer and skater your base level of fitness should be quite high. I'm glad you felt tired afterward but I think you don't realize how much quicker you could go. I think you underestimate yourself. :)
